Full Journal pdf2011-03-25 House Journal Page 0587 HB 98 Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 571) on the following: HOUSE BILL NO. 98 "An Act relating to display, folding, presentment, and retirement of the state flag." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 98(STA) (same title) 2011-03-25 House Journal Page 0588 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 98, thus adopting SCS HB 98(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 98?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS HB 98(STA) Concur YEAS: 34 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 6 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Cissna, Costello, Dick, Doogan, Edgmon, Fairclough, Feige, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gatto, Guttenberg, Hawker, Herron, Holmes, Johansen, Joule, Keller, Kerttula, Lynn, Miller, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Petersen, Pruitt, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Gruenberg, Johnson, Kawasaki, Olson, Thomas, Thompson And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS HB 98(STA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
